CANDIDATE
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Performing bioinformatics analyses on protein and peptide sequences;
- Implementing and running AI/ML models to predict the properties of proteins and peptides (activity, stability, functionality);
- Performing predictive analyses aligned with the specific requirements of the application (animal feed, cosmetics, food, nutraceuticals);
- Automating workflows for sequence analysis, model execution, and reporting of results.
PROFILE
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, AI, Data Science, Biotechnology, or related fields:
- Practical experience with protein and peptide sequence analysis;
- Solid knowledge of Python programming;
- Experience implementing machine learning models for biological data;
- Familiarity with bioinformatics workflows and data standards;
- Fluent in English.
