IT House is recruiting a Process Analyst to join a public organization undergoing significant digital transformation, responsible for critical systems and services used daily by thousands of citizens and entities.
Responsibilities:
- Map the current workflow (“As-Is”) and design the desired future workflow (“To-Be”).
- Conduct a survey of requirements, business rules, and operational constraints with internal teams.
- Develop use cases, BPMN diagrams, process documentation, and functional matrices.
- Update standards, procedures, and operational manuals resulting from process changes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Support the implementation of new processes, ensuring alignment between technology and operations.
- Measure the impact of improvements using KPIs (average times, error reduction, costs, processing volume).
- Use modeling tools such as Visio, Bizagi, or Signavio.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Knowledge of process modeling using BPMN;
- Experience with Lean methodologies;

- Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset;

Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Fluency in Portuguese.
