Process Analysts

IT House is recruiting a Process Analyst to join a public organization undergoing significant digital transformation, responsible for critical systems and services used daily by thousands of citizens and entities.

Responsibilities:

  • Map the current workflow (“As-Is”) and design the desired future workflow (To-Be”).
  • Conduct a survey of requirements, business rules, and operational constraints with internal teams.
  • Develop use cases, BPMN diagrams, process documentation, and functional matrices.
  • Update standards, procedures, and operational manuals resulting from process changes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement based on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, ensuring alignment between technology and operations.
  • Measure the impact of improvements using KPIs (average times, error reduction, costs, processing volume).
  • Use modeling tools such as Visio, Bizagi, or Signavio.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of process modeling using BPMN;
  • Experience with Lean methodologies;
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma;
  • Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
