CANDIDATE
The primary responsibilities of the candidate to be hired will include:
- Developing architectural projects through their various phases (Preliminary Study, Permitting, Construction, among others);
- Modeling and graphic processing of images.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or Integrated Master’s degree in Architecture;
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural projects, with a focus on industrial, residential, and/or hospitality sectors;
- Experience in preparing Preliminary Information Requests, obtaining building permits, and managing processes and interactions with government agencies;
- Experience working with BIM methodology and Autodesk Revit (preferred);
