COMPANY
A well-known company in the construction industry, specializing in residential projects, with most of its projects located in the Lisbon area and on the south bank of the Tagus River.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be an Architect or Junior Assistant Site Manager, responsible for assisting with the supervision of construction projects. Their main responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating subcontractors’ activities;
- Managing client relations and handling complaints;
- Managing and supervising the construction project, ensuring that processes proceed in accordance with technical specifications and project requirements;
- Establishing and facilitating communication among all stakeholders, fostering an environment conducive to the project’s success;
- Identifying and resolving any issues that may impact the completion of the project;
- Provide support and gather the necessary information to respond to requests from external regulatory agencies, inspections, audits, or other contingencies, as well as liaise with trade associations;
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering;
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, particularly in residential construction and finishing work;
- Availability to work on construction sites in Seixal.
