CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing Clients and Sales Planning:
    • Processing lead lists and contacting clients;
    • Presenting the range of products designated by the company for sale;
    • Identifying and presenting solutions tailored to the client’s profile in a clear and transparent manner;
    • Ensuring effective communication with the client, including providing information to support decision-making;
    • Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing questions and concerns;
    • Updating the database with relevant information for closing sales and managing contacts;
    • Administrative and Document Management:
      • Communicating with the client regarding the status of processes;
      • Handling emails and communications related to business activities;
      • Scanning and filing proposals, policies, and other documentation;
      • Monitoring the issuance of policies by insurance companies;
      • Resolving issues related to documentation.

    PROFILE

    • Minimum education: 12th grade; a college degree is preferred; 
    • Introductory Insurance Course—Insurance Agent, Insurance Broker, or Reinsurance Mediator, Non-Life and Life Insurance (preferred);
    • Knowledge of English (minimum B2 level);
    • Proficiency with computer software (Office).
