CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting hearing tests;
- Fitting and selling hearing aids;
- Ensuring the effectiveness of hearing aids;
- Providing clinical follow-up for patients;
- Advising customers on the products and services offered;
- Managing orders, their receipt, and verification;
- Contacting suppliers to follow up on delayed orders and resolve any issues that may arise;
- Deliver and fit orders for customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction;
- Mentoring and supervising junior and intermediate audiologists.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in audiology;
- Knowledge of audiology software;
- Previous experience in this role will be a plus.
