IT House is seeking a Data Business Analyst to join a public organization undergoing significant digital transformation, responsible for critical systems and services used daily by thousands of citizens and organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering and functional analysis with stakeholders;
- Business process modeling (AS-IS, TO-BE);
- Producing functional specifications and user stories;
- Serving as a liaison between technical teams and functional areas;
- Supporting the definition of UAT tests and acceptance criteria;
- Development and maintenance of dashboards in Power BI.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Previous experience in the field of data;

Experience in process modeling using BPMN 2.0;

Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Bizagi;

Knowledge of and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;

Experience in preparing functional documentation, including requirements, processes, and use cases.
