Business Analysts

ITHouse is recruiting a Business Analyst for a client in the energy sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that client requirements are clearly understood by the project team and developers;
• Ensure the evolution of existing applications and the design of new solutions through the identification and analysis of requirements;
• Define, document, and implement acceptance criteria for testing;
• Gather and clarify requirements from multiple stakeholders;
• Develop user stories, including business requirements and acceptance criteria;
• Refine the backlog and support Agile ceremonies;
• Provide functional oversight of initiatives through the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase;

• Organize and maintain functional documentation;

• Validate deliverables and ensure alignment with business requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technology field;
• Up to 10 years of experience in this role;
• Experience with project management methodologies: Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking;
• Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence is a plus;
• Experience as an Agile Business Analyst;
• Strong communication skills with business units and IT teams;
• Experience in Data, Analytics, Data Warehouse, and Power BI contexts;
• Knowledge of data modeling (tables, relationships), with experience using Databricks being a plus;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Languages: English and Portuguese (fluent).
