Who We’re Looking For
Someone with sales drive, comfortable negotiating, and business acumen, who wants to take an active role in growing our client portfolio in the Information Technology sector. More than just “hitting targets,” we value those who build trusting relationships and understand each client’s real needs.
What you’ll do
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the IT market
- Manage and develop our client portfolio, building strong business relationships
- Negotiate proposals and contract terms (Direct Hiring, Outsourcing/Staffing Augmentation)
- Accompany the client from the first contact through to contract closure
- Work side by side with the recruitment teams, ensuring we find the right candidates for the right challenges
- Stay attuned to the market and the competition, anticipating trends and opportunities
- Share results and ideas with management
What We Value in You
- Experience in business development—recruitment, outsourcing, or information technology are a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, and confidence in presenting proposals
- An independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of the Portuguese IT market (a plus, but not required)
- Fluent Portuguese and a good command of English
