A leading multinational company in the automotive sector is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Business Performance Analyst Trainee.
Candidate
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement;
- Monitoring results by model, sales channel, and customer type;
- Prepare regular reports on registrations, orders, the order backlog, and inventory levels;
- Support the analysis of profitability and costs associated with sales initiatives;
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking, tracking prices, campaigns, and positioning;
- Support the preparation of performance review meetings by producing analyses and supporting presentations;
- Collaborate with different areas of the organization, ensuring the quality of the information used in decision-making processes.
PROFILE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Business Analytics, or Marketing (Required);
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data interpretation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- Fluent in Portuguese;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
