CANDIDATE
The candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the various disciplines involved in industrial projects;
- Allocate resources efficiently, aligning the teams’ skills with the needs of each project;
- Ensuring the technical quality of the final project deliverables;
- Maintain a close and trusting relationship with clients and their representatives;
- Identifying and supporting the development of new business opportunities.
PROFILE
- Pre-Bologna bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- Advanced proficiency in English (required);
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles;
- Proven experience in project management, including team leadership, planning, and cost control;
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
