A leading company in the industrial sector is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Finance Manager.
CANDIDATE
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage and plan treasury and cash flow;
- Preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and management control tools;
- Preparing financial reports to support management;
- Analyze costs, margins, inventory, and profitability by project and client;
- Monitoring customers, suppliers, and working capital needs;
- Manage relationships and negotiations with banks and other financial institutions;
- Oversee accounting, tax matters, and monthly closing processes;
- Monitor audits, due diligence processes, and investment projects;
- Promote the improvement and digitization of administrative and financial processes;
- Support management in analyzing financial information and making decisions.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Proven experience in financial management, financial leadership, or management control roles;
- Experience in an industrial SME context, preferably;
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, treasury, and cost control;
- Proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP and reporting tools;
- Ability to analyze, plan, and organize;
- Ability to take on a hands-on role and work directly with management;
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
