CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning packaging and shipping activities, ensuring that materials, human resources, and technical resources are available within the defined deadlines;
- Monitoring warehouse processes and verifying their compliance;
- Calculating and analyzing KPIs, proposing improvement measures, and implementing the Operational Monitoring and Control Program;
- Acting in accordance with quality, safety, and operational compliance standards.
PROFILE
- A degree in Warehouse Management or Logistics is preferred;
- At least 3 years of prior experience in similar roles;
- Experience in calculating and analyzing KPIs related to warehouse management (OTIF, Order Cycle Time, picking rate, operating costs);
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
