THE COMPANY

A leading company in the engineering and construction sector, specializing in solutions for the construction of works of art.

APPLICANT

The professional to be hired will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and monitoring the welded fabrication process;
  • Inspecting and controlling quality in welded constructions;
  • Analyzing and developing welding procedures, witnessing welder certification tests and issuing certificates;
  • Implement and supervise fabrication planning;
  • Supervising the supply of materials;
  • Ensure that manufacturing follows the requirements of the Quality Management Plan and other procedures;
  • Ensure quality records, such as inspection records, photo reports, test reports, certificates, comply with the group\'s standards and requirements;
  • Managing and closing non-conformities;
  • Ensure proper establishment of internal document control and with the customer;
  • Supporting the pre-assembly of equipment and technical assistance;
  • Supporting logistics operations.

PROFILE

  • Degree or Master\'s in Civil, Mechanical, Metallurgical or Materials Engineering or other specialized training in Welding;
  • At least 3 years\' experience in a manufacturing environment or specific training in welding;
  • Knowledge of standard EN 1090;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Knowledge of Autocad and/or Inventor and/or Tekla;
  • Driving license;
  • Willingness to travel around the world to monitor production for an extended period or to travel occasionally to validate partners and suppliers.
