APPLICANT
The professional to be hired will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and monitoring the welded fabrication process;
- Inspecting and controlling quality in welded constructions;
- Analyzing and developing welding procedures, witnessing welder certification tests and issuing certificates;
- Implement and supervise fabrication planning;
- Supervising the supply of materials;
- Ensure that manufacturing follows the requirements of the Quality Management Plan and other procedures;
- Ensure quality records, such as inspection records, photo reports, test reports, certificates, comply with the group\'s standards and requirements;
- Managing and closing non-conformities;
- Ensure proper establishment of internal document control and with the customer;
- Supporting the pre-assembly of equipment and technical assistance;
- Supporting logistics operations.
PROFILE
- Degree or Master\'s in Civil, Mechanical, Metallurgical or Materials Engineering or other specialized training in Welding;
- At least 3 years\' experience in a manufacturing environment or specific training in welding;
- Knowledge of standard EN 1090;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of Autocad and/or Inventor and/or Tekla;
- Driving license;
- Willingness to travel around the world to monitor production for an extended period or to travel occasionally to validate partners and suppliers.
