CANDIDATE
The primary responsibilities of the candidate to be hired will include:
- Developing collections and proposals for bedding;
- Researching trends, colors, patterns, and materials;
- Creating prints, patterns, and color variations;
- Developing mood boards and collection presentations;
- Preparing and adapting files for samples and production;
- Monitoring product development in coordination with the Sales, Production, and Quality departments;
- Developing proposals based on briefings and client needs.
PROFILE
- Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field;
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent;
- Strong sense of color, patterns, and trends;
- Knowledge of creating continuous patterns/rapport;
- Experience with home textiles—bedding;
- Knowledge of fabrics, printing, and production processes;
- Experience in product development for international clients or markets;
