A leading group in the hospitality and tourism sector is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Hotel Manager for a property located in the Algarve.
Candidate:
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the overall management of the hotel, maintaining high standards of quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction;
- Coordinating and overseeing the hotel’s various operational areas, promoting a consistent experience aligned with defined objectives;
- Leading, developing, and motivating multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of high performance and customer focus;
- Monitor operational and financial performance indicators, promoting actions that contribute to optimizing results;
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, legal regulations, and quality requirements applicable to the business;
- Monitor customer satisfaction, ensuring effective management of complaints and opportunities for improvement;
- Participate in defining and implementing strategies that promote the unit’s sustainable growth.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience in leadership or management roles within the hotel industry;
- Solid knowledge of operational, financial, and team management;
- Experience analyzing and monitoring business metrics;
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
