A well-known company in the construction industry, specializing in renovation, with most of its projects located in the Greater Lisbon area.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be a Construction Manager responsible for civil construction and renovation projects within the Greater Lisbon area, with the following main responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating the activities of the multidisciplinary teams on-site, ensuring compliance with deadlines and financial objectives;
- Managing and supervising the project, ensuring that processes proceed in accordance with technical specifications and project requirements;
- Establishing and facilitating communication among all stakeholders, fostering an environment conducive to the project’s success;
- Identifying and resolving any issues that may impact the progress of the construction project, minimizing impacts on the budget and schedule;
- Ensuring strict compliance with all workplace safety standards;
- Provide monitoring and gather the necessary information to respond to requests from external regulatory agencies, inspections, audits, or other contingencies;
- Prepare measurement reports and progress reports, ensuring the organization of all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and other necessary records.
Desired Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
At least 4 years of experience in similar roles, particularly in civil construction and renovation projects;
Solid knowledge of civil engineering, architecture, and technical standards in the construction field;
