A well-known company in the construction industry, specializing in residential projects, with most of its projects located in Seixal.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with after-sales service, with the following main responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating the activities of subcontractors during the final phase of construction and/or after-sales service;
- Managing customer relations and handling complaints;
- Managing and supervising the project, ensuring that processes proceed in accordance with technical specifications and project requirements;
- Establishing and facilitating communication among all stakeholders, fostering an environment conducive to the project’s success;
- Identifying and resolving any issues that may impact the completion of the project;
- Provide support and gather the necessary information to respond to requests from external regulatory agencies, inspections, audits, or other contingencies, as well as liaise with trade associations;
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, particularly in residential construction and finishing work;
- Availability to work on construction sites in Seixal.
