CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and supervising the Site Managers and their respective teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives;
- Monitoring the physical and financial progress of construction projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and profitability;
- Analyzing indicators, reports, and variances, defining and following up on corrective actions;
- Promoting the standardization of processes and best practices, thereby increasing efficiency and productivity;
- Ensuring coordination between Production and other areas of the company, supporting Management in defining strategy;
- Conduct regular monitoring of construction projects, including site visits and assistance in resolving technical and operational issues.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- At least 15 years of professional experience in Civil Construction and Public Works (Roads and Infrastructure);
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Willingness to travel within the country.
