A well-known company in the construction industry, specializing in the removal of asbestos-containing materials, roof restoration and waterproofing, and the installation of metal roofing.
CANDIDATE
The candidate will serve as Site Manager responsible for roof cladding projects within the Greater Lisbon area, with the following primary responsibilities:
- Ensuring the technical preparation of metal cladding projects, guaranteeing the precise preparation of working drawings, construction details, measurements, and technical documentation necessary for production, fabrication, and on-site installation, thereby contributing to quality, productivity, and meeting deadlines;
- Identifying technical incompatibilities between projects;
- Develop the project preparation process prior to the start of work;
- Prepare material schedules, quantity takeoffs, and purchase order lists;
- Develop working drawings for fabrication and on-site assembly;
- Develop construction details for metal roofs and facades, gutters, etc.;
- Take measurements during the design phase and on-site;
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, specifically in construction management and the preparation of metal roofing and facade projects;
- Experience in designing metal cladding systems;
- Driver’s license;
- Willingness to travel occasionally to job sites.
