COMPANY
A rapidly growing multinational company in the construction sector, with most of its projects concentrated in the Greater Lisbon area.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be a Construction Foreman, responsible for leading large-scale construction projects, with the following primary responsibilities:
- Analyzing and interpreting the construction drawings;
- Monitoring the various activities, ensuring the quality of their execution in accordance with project specifications;
- Managing and controlling construction materials and equipment;
- Managing on-site teams and their respective foremen;
- Proposing solutions for any discrepancies between the project and the actual construction work;
- Oversee and manage subcontractors and suppliers;
- Organize and manage the construction site;
- Ensure and manage safety conditions on-site.
PROFILE
- At least 10 years of work experience in construction;
- Knowledge of various specialized areas of civil construction;
- Ability to interpret drawings;
- Experience in leadership and team management;
