CANDIDATE
The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing projects for Electrical Installations, Telecommunications, Security Systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS);
- Ensuring that project deadlines are met;
- Designing efficient technical solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations;
- Plan the team’s activities and monitor productivity, promoting high levels of performance and profitability;
- Coordinate and supervise the project team, encouraging the technical and professional development of its members;
- Develop methodologies, tools, and best practices that contribute to the continuous improvement of productivity and results in the department.
PROFILE
- Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (mandatory requirement);
- At least 8 years of experience in electrical installation projects;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of REVIT (preferred);
- Experience in coordinating and leading multidisciplinary teams.
