CANDIDATE
The candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the technical preparation of HVAC projects, including the analysis and interpretation of construction drawings.
- Prepare layout drawings and construction details in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Performing measurements, quantity takeoffs, and assessing material and equipment requirements.
- Preparing procurement processes and assisting with the consultation and selection of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Providing technical coordination of the project with the production teams, site management, and other trades.
- Identify conflicts between trades and propose technical solutions to ensure the work is carried out properly.
- Prepare technical documentation, measurement drawings, as-built drawings, and project files.
- Monitor the execution of the project, providing technical support to field teams and ensuring compliance with deadlines and defined quality standards.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in project preparation in the field of HVAC or mechanical systems.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, refrigeration, hydraulics, and utility systems.
- Experience interpreting designs and technical specifications.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP, BIM methodology, and SAP is a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC installation manufacturing and assembly processes (preferred).
