We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join an agile product team in an international environment, with direct responsibility for delivery execution, engineering quality, and people leadership.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the execution of the delivery, in line with the technology roadmap;
- Serve as the direct manager of engineers—providing coaching, feedback, and performance management;
- Ensure engineering quality, maintainability, and operational excellence;
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders, serving as the team’s technical point of contact;
- Contribute to the technology strategy and standardization initiatives;
- Foster a collaborative engineering culture focused on continuous improvement.
Profile
- 5 years of experience in software engineering, QA, or a comparable technical role;
- Experience leading and developing engineers or teams;
- Proven combination of people leadership, technical judgment, and accountability for delivery;
- Ability to translate business priorities into realistic team execution;
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
