ITHouse is looking for an Application Developer to join an international AI products team, focusing on the Secure GPT service on a multi-cloud GenAI platform (Azure / AWS / Google).
The role is primarily back-end development (approx. 90%), with occasional contributions to front-end development (approx. 10%).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Secure GPT features: document understanding, translation, agentic capabilities, web usage, APIs, and automation
- Execute the full development cycle: research, analysis, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, and monitoring
- Define and track KPIs to support data-driven decisions
- Collaborate on an international team, working closely with the Tech Lead and Product Owner
- Implement solutions in compliance with security standards and regulations
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, automation, and customer service
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in web application development, ideally in an Azure environment
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript: Node.js (back-end), Next.js/React (front-end)
- Experience with the full testing cycle (unit and E2E)
- Experience in designing, implementing, and operating APIs
- Hands-on experience with Azure: App Services, Cosmos DB, Application Insights, Monitoring
- Experience with DevOps: Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts
- Experience with prompt engineering
- Experience with AI APIs/frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI) and frameworks such as RAG and agentic
- B1 level English (minimum), written and spoken

- Terraform and/or Bicep
- Observability and monitoring tools
- Experience in regulated industries
- Azure and API certifications
- Knowledge of data security and compliance
- Willingness to travel occasionally to France, Spain, or Portugal
