CANDIDATE
The candidate will be responsible for:

Planning, coordinating and executing Below The Line communication initiatives (institutional, commercial and promotional materials);

Managing and coordinating the company\'s presence at events, ensuring business objectives and brand activation;
- Translating the needs of different areas into effective communication proposals in line with the company\'s strategy;
- Coordinating creative agencies and suppliers, ensuring the quality and consistency of communication pieces;
- Monitoring performance indicators of communication actions, reporting results and proposing improvements;

Ensuring efficient management of budgets and resources associated with campaigns.
PROFILE
-
Higher education in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or similar;

At least 4 to 5 years\' experience in BTL communications, brand activation and event management;
- Experience in the energy sector, in mass subscription services or in creative agencies is valued;
- Proficiency in Office tools (PowerPoint and Excel); knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and collaborative platforms (Trello, Jira) valued;
- Fluency in Portuguese (native) and advanced command of Spanish and English (negotiation level);

Willingness to travel (nationally and internationally) and driving license.
