COMPANY
A Portuguese company operating in the children’s and youth apparel sector, designing, manufacturing, and selling clothing for children and young people. Its collections are designed in Portugal and sold through its own stores and multi-brand partners, both in the domestic and international markets.
CANDIDATE
The primary responsibilities of the candidate to be hired will include:
- Identifying and contacting potential clients and business partners;
- Presenting the franchise model and negotiating commercial proposals;
- Manage and monitor the entire sales cycle, ensuring effective follow-up;
- Develop and implement the brand’s expansion strategy through the promotion of the franchising model;
- Build and strengthen relationships of trust with strategic clients, ensuring profitable and long-lasting partnerships;
- Monitor and oversee franchisees’ activities, ensuring compliance with established standards;
- Handle the administrative and back-office tasks associated with the role;
- Conduct periodic inventory checks with franchisees and partners;
- Monitor market developments, identify trends, and analyze the competition, contributing to the achievement of business objectives;
- Promote high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred);
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Fluency in English (required);
- Good knowledge of franchising and partnership development;
- Experience in the textile industry (preferred);
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel.
