THE COMPANY

A leading company in the luxury hotel sector looking to create and develop a project based on innovation and sustainability in the Ourique area (Torre Vã).

CANDIDATE

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing, planning and coordinating all daily and Food & Beverage (FCB) operations, in close coordination with the chef;
  • Ensuring compliance with service and quality standards/procedures;
  • Ensuring the good presentation of all areas with a FCB service;
  • Identifying customer needs and responding proactively, communicating with the chef;
  • Ensuring good coordination, cooperation and atmosphere between the dining room and kitchen, as well as with other departments;
  • Ensuring, together with the chef, stock control and ensuring underlying inventories;
  • Developing contacts with suppliers.

PROFILE

  • Higher education in Hotel Management and/or similar areas;
  • Consolidated experience in hotel operations, preferably in luxury units or in a rural setting;
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operational processes;
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams;
  • Strong results orientation, with analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office);
  • Fluency in English.
