A leading company in the luxury hotel sector seeking to create and develop a project based on innovation and sustainability in the Ourique (Torre Vã) area; the company’s facilities include a space dedicated to initiatives promoting innovation (Innovation Hub).
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with communications and marketing managers to develop actions and strategies to attract events in the corporate segment;
- Organizing and planning conferences and events for the Innovation Hub, with the support of the necessary teams;
- Identifying business opportunities, trends, and needs in the business tourism market, ensuring that the Innovation Hub remains aligned with them;
- Developing strategies that promote innovation and new processes in sectors relevant to the hotel (tourism, agriculture, energy efficiency, process optimization, service optimization);
- Present proposals and analyses regarding the feasibility of implementing these strategies.
PROFILE
- Ph.D.;
- Experience in the hospitality and tourism sector;
- Experience in developing research and innovation projects;
- Experience in project management;
- Strong results-oriented approach, with relevant skills;
- Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office);
- Fluency in English;
