CANDIDATE
The selected candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Initiating and analyzing projects;
- Monitoring and planning schedules, as well as human and technical resources, throughout the entire work process;
- Coordinating teams and work processes;
- Negotiating, organizing, and overseeing all negotiation processes;
- Contract management;
- Preparation of internal reports/control charts for projects/construction sites, cost plans, the Production Management Dashboard, procedures, planning, provisional acceptance, and final accounting;
- Defining, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers and service providers, in accordance with the specific requirements of each project/construction site;
- Financial management of projects/construction sites.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in project and/or construction management or supervision roles;
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Mac, Office, AutoCAD, and Project;
- Knowledge of cost management and quality control;
- Knowledge of BIM (preferred),
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
