IT House is recruiting an Agile Project Manager to work directly at a public-sector client that is undergoing a major digital transformation and is responsible for critical systems and services used daily by thousands of citizens and organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Act as the team’s coach, promoting collaboration, focus, and the removal of impediments.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and process efficiency.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to define, clarify, and prioritize the backlog.
- Monitor metrics such as velocity, lead time, cycle time, and burndown charts.
- Manage dependencies among teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, estimations, and alignment sessions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team and the organization.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Relevant CSM, PMP, or equivalent certifications are a plus;
- Experience with agile methodologies;
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira;
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills;
- Fluency in Portuguese.
