CANDIDATE

The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the growth strategy, identifying growth opportunities through data analysis, experimentation, and continuous optimization of the acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels;
  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital acquisition campaigns, ensuring effective management of media spend and maximizing lead generation and campaign ROI;
  • Continuously optimize the website, landing pages, and other conversion points using A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and improvements to the digital experience;
  • Ensure the quality of tracking implementation and data collection, monitoring key KPIs and transforming information into insights that support decision-making;
  • Collaborate in defining and implementing CRM and marketing automation strategies, aligning acquisition campaigns with the lead communication, nurturing, and conversion journeys;
  • Support the SEO and content optimization strategy, promoting sustainable growth in organic traffic and the generation of qualified leads;
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports, tracking the progress of key business metrics.

PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and lead generation;
  • Experience in managing and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads;
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM);
  • Experience implementing and optimizing conversion tracking, including Data Layer, Enhanced Conversions, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API;
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and user experience improvement;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to support decision-making;
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation, including segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign automation;
  • Experience in creating dashboards and monitoring KPIs;
  • Knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content strategy is a plus;
