CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing recruitment processes, ensuring the perfect match between candidates and clients;
- Supporting employees, ensuring personalized service, support, and quality;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, helping to expand our brand’s reach;
- Ensuring the management and monitoring of employee onboarding, in accordance with labor laws;
- Actively collaborating in defining innovative strategies for attracting and retaining talent.
PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field (required);
- Knowledge of labor laws applicable to temporary work is a plus;
- Proficiency with MS Office tools;
- Driver’s license (required);
- Willingness to work on-site at the Leiria office
