leading multinational company in the distribution sector is looking to strengthen its
team by hiring a Human Resources Specialist. This role
will play a key part in managing training, employee development,
internal communication, and enhancing the employee experience, contributing to
the strengthening of the organizational culture and the continuous development
of the teams.
CANDIDATE
The professional to be
hired will have the following main responsibilities:
- Identifying training needs
and ensuring the implementation and monitoring of the annual
training plan;
- Organizing and coordinating
internal and external training initiatives, handling all related administrative and
logistical tasks;
- Monitor training
metrics and prepare reports to track and evaluate the effectiveness
of the programs;
- Support initiatives related to
skills development, performance management, and talent
development;
- Manage internal
communication channels and develop content aimed at employees;
- Support the implementation of
initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, social responsibility, and internal
events;
- Contribute to improving the
employee experience by supporting onboarding, integration, and
feedback collection processes;
- Analyze organizational climate
survey results and collaborate on defining improvement actions.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Experience in
human resources roles, preferably in the areas of training,
people development, internal communication, or organizational culture;
- Knowledge of training management
and Portuguese labor laws, particularly in the area of
vocational training;
- Fluency in English and
Spanish;
- Proficiency in MS
Office tools and ease in using digital platforms.
