IT House is looking for an IT Project Manager for a client in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and IT operations, to ensure efficient project execution;
- Defining and managing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies;
- Organizing communication and coordination mechanisms among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment;
- Monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain alignment with objectives;
- Preparation and dissemination of status updates and reports to relevant stakeholders;
- Delivery of IT projects within agreed-upon scope, budget, and timeline constraints;
- A structured stakeholder communication framework ensuring visibility and alignment;
- Identification and mitigation of risks throughout the project lifecycle;
- Contribution to the continuous improvement and optimization of project management practices.
Profile
- Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Recognized project management certification (PMP or equivalent);
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management;
- Proficiency in project management tools and software;
- Ability to structure and formalize communication with stakeholders;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow;
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects in dynamic environments;
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
