IT House is looking for a Lead Developer — Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for a direct placement with an end client in the logistics and transportation sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Development Leadership;
- Lead the development of C# plugins and custom extensions;
- Conduct in-depth code reviews and enforce coding standards;
- Implement solution layering and environment strategies aligned with architectural guidelines;
- Support and enforce governance frameworks defined by the architecture and platform strategy;
- Integration & Performance Oversight;
- DevOps & Release Management;
- Team Leadership.
Ideal Profile
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- Several years of professional CRM development experience;
- Several years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse;
- Deep understanding of integration patterns and Azure-based services;
- Understanding of scalable enterprise application design;
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience in logistics or operationally complex industries is a plus;
- Good knowledge of English (German is a plus).
