CANDIDATE
The position is for a Quantity Surveyor, who will be responsible for:
#8211; Preparing technical and financial proposals;
#8211; Developing project plans and schedules;
#8211; Preparing project specifications, plans, and schedules;
#8211; Ensuring the preparation of budgets;
#8211; Consulting with suppliers and subcontractors regarding construction details and quantities.
PROFILE
#8211; Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical degree (preferred);
#8211; Proven experience of more than 5 years in construction measurement and cost control processes;
#8211; Experience with large-scale building and construction projects;
#8211; Knowledge of market solutions regarding suppliers and materials;
#8211; Fluency in English.
