COMPANY
A leading company in the luxury hotel sector seeking to create and develop a project based on innovation and sustainability in the Ourique (Torre Vã) area.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising the hotel’s daily operations, ensuring the efficiency, quality, and consistency of the services provided;
- Collaborating directly with the rest of the team to optimize processes, improve the guest experience, and ensure compliance with standards of excellence;
- Implementing sustainable practices in resource management and coordinating with the Innovation Hub Manager to promote innovative solutions;
- Analyzing operational performance, controlling costs, and supporting company management in defining strategies.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in luxury properties or rural settings;
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operational processes (accommodations, F&B, maintenance, etc.);
- Experience in leadership and managing multidisciplinary teams;
- Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office and hotel management software);
- Fluency in English and proficiency in another foreign language (preferably Spanish, French, or German).
