CANDIDATE
The selected candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and reviewing project plans, studying all documentation to understand the project’s requirements;
- Calculating the quantities of materials, labor hours, equipment, and services required for each phase, including the breakdown of direct and indirect costs;
- Analyzing proposals and preparing cost estimates for construction projects; consulting with suppliers and subcontractors;
- Preparing comparative charts and unit price lists;
- Transferring the budgeting process to the construction phase;
- Organize documentation for the respective projects, including physical and financial schedules;
- Collaborate with various departments to determine construction costs;
- Identify problems/variances and propose solutions;
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or relevant technical training;
- Professional experience in the field of budgeting;
- Experience in procurement (a plus);
- Knowledge of BIM methodologies;
- Proficiency in MS Office software;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
