CANDIDATE
This professional’s main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing estimates and commercial proposals;
- Analyzing projects, drawings, and measurements;
- Consulting with and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors;
- Providing technical support to the Sales Department;
- Monitoring bidding processes and tenders.
PROFILE
- Experience in cost estimation in the construction industry (preferred);
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred);
- Knowledge of AutoCAD;
- Knowledge of CCS;
- Willingness to work 100% on-site.
