- Preparing estimates and technical proposals in the field of civil construction;
- Analyzing construction and renovation processes for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces;
- Conducting measurements during the design phase and on-site;
- Consulting with suppliers and subcontractors;
- Preparing all technical documentation.
PROFILE
- Minimum education requirement: 12th-grade completion;
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred);
- Proficiency in computer software (AutoCAD, MS Office, and Project);
