CANDIDATE
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Manage the HR administrative processes for the assigned units, including employment contracts, contract renewals, and employee documentation.
- Preparing and validating the monthly data required for payroll processing, providing support to employees regarding payroll processing, and preparing salary simulations.
- Supporting labor relations and disciplinary processes, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with the HR Business Partner.
- Support processes related to benefits and career management, skills mapping, and performance management.
- Monitor and report on key People & Culture metrics, including the number of employees and turnover, contributing to the monthly analysis of these metrics.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes and support the maintenance of job descriptions and the Job Manual.
- Contribute to initiatives related to organizational climate and employee engagement, maintaining close contact with managers and employees across the various units involved.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a generalist Human Resources role, preferably in an industrial, operational, or multi-site environment.
- Practical experience in payroll processing and HR administration (required).
- Good knowledge of Portuguese labor law, employment contracts, work schedules, attendance, overtime, and disciplinary procedures.
- Experience with HR metrics, Excel, and HR/payroll systems.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to travel between Lisbon and Santarém.
