ITHouse is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, highly complex projects, with responsibility for managing scope, deadlines, and budget.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective and efficient management of scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Develop and ensure compliance with project plans (execution, communication, risks, and mitigation)
- Ensure alignment between financial execution and project execution
- Manage relationships and maintain assertive communication with all stakeholders
- Prepare project reports and management information to support decision-making
Requirements
- At least 10 years of prior experience as a Project Manager for large-scale, highly complex projects, in terms of scope, timelines, and/or budget
- Project management certifications (required)
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment
- Ability to think critically and resolve bottlenecks
