Project Manager — Energy Business Unit

CANDIDATE

The candidate’s main responsibilities will include:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary engineering projects in the energy sector, particularly involving substations, solar photovoltaic power plants, wind farms, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and transmission and distribution lines;

• Coordinate the various technical disciplines involved in each project, including civil, electrical, electromechanical, structural, environmental, grid connection, and permitting;

• Allocate resources efficiently, aligning team skills with project needs, deadlines, and client expectations;

• Ensure the technical quality, consistency, and completeness of the final project deliverables at all stages;

• Monitor project planning, budgets, risks, and contractual requirements, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and cost objectives;

• Maintain close relationships with clients, partners, and other project stakeholders.

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy and Environmental Engineering, or Civil Engineering;

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in the energy sector;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project

• Fluent in English
