CANDIDATE
The candidate will have several responsibilities, including:
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify workmanship and compliance;
- Monitoring installation activities against approved methods and specifications;
- Verifying that materials meet approved technical and quality requirements;
- Document inspections, nonconformities, and corrective actions;
- Support and witness inspections and testing activities;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records;
- Enter and update project schedules (MS Project and Primavera);
- Support on-site logistics processes: goods receiving, open-box inspections, storage management, and others…;
- Coordinate, witness, and support inspection and testing activities as required;
- Review inspection and test results to confirm that acceptance criteria are met;
- Identify quality issues early and work with site teams to implement corrective and preventive actions;
- Maintain organized and up-to-date quality records in accordance with company and project procedures;
- Provide practical feedback to improve installation practices, efficiency, and overall quality performance;
- Develop and maintain Quality, Health, and Safety procedures and documentation, as well as site process procedures and documentation.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field;
- At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC within construction or industrial projects;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications;
- Knowledge of applicable standards (ISO, ASTM, or equivalent);
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently on site;
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Project, and Primavera P6;
- Willingness to travel internationally and be based at project sites;
