Multinational automotive company located in Prior-Velho.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning fleet additions and reductions for the region and the respective team;
- Fleet management (maintenance and logistics operations);
- Onboarding, integration, monitoring, and on-the-job training of employees;
- Evaluating the team’s commercial and operational performance;
- Developing the operational plan to achieve commercial objectives;
- Managing the P&L of the stations under your responsibility and defining action plans to improve results;
- Active participation in updating standards, IT procedures, and the Quality Manual.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Management and/or Marketing (preferred) or equivalent;
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in similar roles;
- Proven experience in team and/or business unit management;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Fluency in English;
- Driver’s license held for more than 2 years.
