CANDIDATE
The candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Developing cost estimates for plumbing systems, including project analysis, quantity surveys, price inquiries, and the preparation of technical and commercial proposals tailored to the specifications of each project;

Monitoring and analyzing plumbing projects, ensuring technical compliance, optimizing solutions, and coordinating with the other disciplines involved;

Assisting in the processes of consulting with and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring the best technical and economic solutions are obtained for the various projects;

Monitoring the implementation of plumbing systems during the construction phase.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or Integrated Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
- Experience in the design and/or supervision of hydraulic engineering projects;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM is a plus;
- Knowledge of gas networks and fire safety (preferred).
