ITHouse is looking for a Scrum Master to join its multidisciplinary agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate multidisciplinary agile teams
- Identify obstacles, promote their resolution, and monitor the implementation of improvement actions
- Set up and analyze simple reports and metrics
- Identify direct causal relationships between team practices and their impact on delivery and efficiency
- Propose and monitor concrete improvement actions based on metrics and team observations
- Promote the adoption of Agile best practices and support the team’s maturity development
- Anticipate risks, obstacles, and dependencies, ensuring they are tracked until resolved
- Actively contribute to improving the predictability, quality, and efficiency of deliveries
Deliverables
- All deliverables expected at the previous level
- Setup and analysis of simple reports and metrics
- Identification of direct causal relationships between team practices and impacts on delivery/efficiency
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM)
- Experience facilitating multidisciplinary agile teams
- Ability to identify impediments and drive their resolution
- Strong focus on delivering value and continuous improvement
- Interest in continuous learning and the evolution of Agile practices
- Solid technical knowledge that enables effective interaction with development teams
- Proactive profile, with a strong capacity for initiative and execution
