We are recruiting for a position at a leading Big 4 consulting firm located in Lisbon.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing a well-integrated, broad range of accounting, tax compliance, and reporting services to multiple clients with a high level of efficiency and quality;
- Assisting in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive accounting policy and procedure documentation to improve the clarity and consistency of reporting;
- Conducting accounting analyses and validations;
- Defining, developing, and implementing effective accounting and reporting solutions and processes in accordance with local and group requirements;
- Assist in establishing, monitoring, evaluating, and interpreting accounting and tax data;
- Support the implementation of key regulatory requirements and guidelines;
- Identify risks and/or opportunities for improvement;
- Team management;
- Build professional and trusting relationships with customers;
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, tax compliance, and reporting roles;
- Strong knowledge of SNC and NCRF;
- Good knowledge of international standards: IAS, IFRS, and/or US GAAP;
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, Primavera, or similar;
- Experience in team management;
- Full proficiency in English;
