IT House is currently recruiting a ServiceNow Developer to work on multiple projects in the Lisbon area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and roll out ServiceNow solutions across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements;
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, leveraging technical expertise in ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, or HAM;
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using standard protocols (JDBC, MID Server, REST/SOAP);
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements gathering, solution design, and on-time delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members;
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science;
- More than 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and development projects;
- Proven track record of delivering 3 or more distinct full-scale ServiceNow projects;
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (preferred);
- Strong technical knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS;
- Knowledge of systems integration standards and REST/SOAP APIs;
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
